Local Rules
Footy rule changes that deviate from standard AFL rules .
  1. Bumping will only be allowed from the side
  2. Audible swearing is an automatic yellow card
  3. A yellow card is 10 mins on the side lines, teams can't replace the player
  4. A red card is awarded for 2nd yellow card or an extreme offence. Player is sent of the remainder of the game and cannot be replaced. The incident automatically goes to SAFF tribunal.
  5. Players cannot shoot for goal outside of the 40m scoring zone, except after the siren. The distance is measured from the mark or free in stopped play or where the player kicks the ball in free play. If a kick roles through for a score, the score is disallowed and the ball is bounced at the top of the goal square.
  6. Ruckman cannot grab the ball from a ruck contest.
  7. Only 2 players are allowed to contest the ruck contest.
  8. Teams must line up in traditional format at the start of each quarter and after a goal has been kicked.
  9. Games are usually 4 by 15 mins
  10. 3 Players from each team in the square at the center bounce
