At the AGM, it was decided to provide more time for review of the proposed changes to the constitution.
The proposed constitution is available here:

A Special General Meeting for all club members will be held on Tuesday, 23rd of Feb at 19:00
The location is IBM offices, Wallingatan 2, ( T-banna Hotörget)
